Conceived as a contemporary urban lighting system, the collection is developed in two complementary typologies, a mast (3 m) and a bollard (1 m), designed to respond to different scales of use in public space, from pathways and landscaped areas to more open urban environments.
NODE is based on a dialogue between nature and technology. At the heart of the project, wood forms the head of the luminaire, introducing a living material into the landscape. It houses an extruded aluminium profile, conceived as a precise piece of engineering that integrates the lighting technology.
By placing wood at the centre of the project, not as a decorative element but as a structural material, NODE seeks to establish a subtle relationship with its surroundings. Even before it emits light, the luminaire becomes part of the landscape.
“With NODE, we did not want to create a separation between nature and technology, but rather to establish a dialogue. By integrating wood at the very core of the project, not as a decorative element but as the material that hosts the technology itself.”
