The designer Patrick Jouin collaborated with Porada, a manufacturer specialized and renowned for wood processing, in order to create a collection of furniture and seats. The fine and sober lines of the armchair Ella and the lounge chair Louis are inspired by the American or Japanese tradition of furniture in solid wood. A great importance was given to the details of these seats in walnut, as the design of the armrests shows us. The 5-axis machining allows to exalt all the sensuality of the wood. The armchair Ella can be associated with great ease with bistro tables Timber, while Louis, lower and larger, offers a more relaxed typology.
