One Shot is a folding stool. It's also a magic trick: no visible axles, screws, springs or hinges. Yet, just by gravity, a simple vertical bundle of polyamide rods unfolds fluidly to become a seat. The miracle of it all is the powder sintering technique, which enables the seat, legs and joints to be manufactured in a single operation. One Shot is manufactured in a closed position, enabling fifteen to be made simultaneously in the volume of a machine where normally two open stools would barely fit.
