Historic basis of French patisserie, the little choux bun is at once simple in flavour and complex in preparation. It was with this in mind that Alain Ducasse asked us to design a special kiosque. We had to find a new form for this new taste experience! However, a new object can't be added into public space without an understanding of street furniture. A kiosque that has the allure of an enigmatic sculpture when it's closed, and that comes to life when its petals open.
